What’s a semifreddi we hear you ask?      
 
Well, it’s a semi frozen dessert of ice cream laid on top of a sponge or biscuit base, often combined with fruit compotes, chocolate or other delicious ingredients. What’s not to like?
         
         
We take dessert classics like tiramisu and cheesecake and convert them
into our very own semifreddi.
         
 
We sell them in the parlour – check out the display in our freezer
cabinet – or we can make them specially to order.
Just give us 48 hours notice.
